Current Covid-19 regulations impact the bookings that we can take. The regulations change over time and it is impossible to predict what will be in force in the future. We are currently accepting boat hires only for single "bubbles" of people who comply with the current Covid-19 regulations for socialising indoors.
The preferred method is to pay on-line, via PayPal. You don't need to have a PayPal account and can pay using a credit or debit card and your booking will be confirmed as soon as the payment has been completed.
The payment will be processed entirely on PayPal's secure system and LUCS will not have access to your credit or debit card details.
Alternative methods of payment include postal payment by cheque or by Prepaid Gift Voucher, available from LUCS. Bookings made by these alternative methods are provisional until confirmed by the LUCS Bookings Secretary.

If you subsequently need to cancel or ammend your booking, please let us know by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cancel more than 1 month before the date of your booking, you will receive a full refund. No refund will be made in respect of cancellations made less than two weeks before the date.
You have selected a free date and your booking is likely to be accepted.

If and when your booking is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from LUCS with your booking reference. If the item that you require is not available we’ll be in touch to discuss alternative dates.
